Operation of Aircraft Registered in Bermuda

7.1 - General Provisions

7.1.1 - The provisions of the Order together with any Regulations made under the Order govern all aspects of the operation of aircraft registered in Bermuda.

7.1.2 - Additionally, Bermuda Government policy may be established to define how the provisions of the Order will be administered with regard to aircraft on the Register.

7.1.3 - The Department undertakes regular airworthiness inspections of Bermuda registered aircraft as well as audits of approved maintenance organisations to ensure compliance with the provisions of the Order.
