3.8 - The Effect of Registration

3.8.1 - Registration of title to the aircraft constitutes prima facie evidence of ownership of the aircraft. However such evidence may not be conclusive. The Order provides that the provisions of the Order, in so far as they apply to Bermuda registered aircraft, shall apply to such aircraft, wherever they may be.
