A new revision to the form AW-201 has been published in "Airworthiness Forms".  This form has replaced the previous forms AW-201(I) and AW-201(R).  This new format was created to reflect the implementation of OTAR Part 39 and is designed to facilitate the investigation by the BDCA of the issue/reissue or continuation of the C of A.

 

Form AW-201 shall be completed by authorized staff of an organization approved in accordance with OTAR Part 39 for the six month inspections of the commercially operated aircraft and when recommending the issue or reissue of the C of A.
